By accessing or using Itinerax at itinerax.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Itinerax is a travel planning tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised holiday itinerary suggestions based on criteria you provide. The Service also allows you to submit your generated itinerary to a qualified travel agent for expert review and booking.

Itinerax is a planning and lead-generation tool only. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not sell flights, accommodation or travel packages directly.

Itineraries generated by Itinerax are produced by an AI language model and are provided for inspirational and planning purposes only. You must be aware that:

• AI-generated suggestions may contain inaccuracies, outdated information or errors regarding prices, availability, visa requirements, health advisories or destination conditions.
• Itinerax does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any generated itinerary for your specific circumstances.
• You should independently verify all information, including entry requirements, health and safety conditions, and travel advisories from official sources such as the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice before booking any travel.
• Any health and safety restriction flags selected (e.g. "avoid Zika destinations") are passed to the AI as guidance only. Itinerax makes no medical or clinical representations and you should consult a medical professional and check NHS Travel Health advice before travelling.

When you submit a booking enquiry through Itinerax, your contact details and trip information are forwarded to an independent travel agent. The following applies:

• Any subsequent booking is a contract between you and the travel agent and/or their host agency. Itinerax is not a party to that contract.
• Travel agents accessible through Itinerax are independent professionals. Itinerax does not employ them and is not responsible for their advice, service quality or any bookings made.
• ATOL and ABTA protections, where applicable, are provided by the travel agent or their host agency — not by Itinerax. You should confirm the applicable financial protections with your agent before booking.
• Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking or create any financial obligation on your part.

Itineraries may include affiliate links to third-party booking platforms (Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Skyscanner, Viator and others). If you click these links and make a purchase, Itinerax may receive a small commission. This does not affect the price you pay. Itinerax is not responsible for the content, availability or terms of any third-party platform.

The Itinerax name and logo are registered trademarks of John Kiely in the United Kingdom (UK Trade Mark No. UK00004398390). Unauthorised use is prohibited.

The Itinerax name, logo, design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of John Kiely. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

AI-generated itinerary content is produced on your behalf for your personal use. You may save and share your itinerary for personal travel planning purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or automate access to the Service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Service to generate content for commercial resale without authorisation
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Itinerax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated itinerary content, including but not limited to incorrect travel advice, missed bookings, or travel disruption.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed £100.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time — the "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
